We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Lawyer with 4 to 7 years post-call to join our dynamic legal team at OLP Law Firm. The ideal candidate will not only excel in litigation and corporate practice but also demonstrate the ability to contribute to the effective management of the firm. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle a wide range of litigation matters, including case preparation, court appearances, and dispute resolution. 


• Provide advisory and transactional support on corporate/commercial law matters. 


• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. 


• Conduct legal research and provide clear, well-structured opinions. 


• Manage cases and transactions independently, ensuring timely and quality delivery. 


• Collaborate with team members while supporting the overall management and growth of the firm. 


• Supervise junior colleagues where required and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. 

Requirements: 

• 4–7 years PQE with demonstrable experience in litigation and corporate practice. 


• Strong analytical, drafting, and case management skills. 


• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results under deadlines. 


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 


• A proven team player with leadership qualities and the ability to assist in firm management.
